Terms and conditions for prize draws

1. Organizer
The competition is organized by Faltmeister GmbH, Berlin .
It is not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platforms on which it is published.

2. Participation period
The participation period is specified directly in the competition details.
After the period has expired, the winner will be determined and publicly announced.

3. Eligibility to participate
All natural persons aged 18 and over who are legally competent and reside in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of Faltmeister and their family members are excluded from participation.

4. Determining the winner & notifying the winner
The winner will be chosen at random and announced via the respective platform.
The prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the claim.

5. Profit & Transferability
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.
If the winner declines the prize or does not respond, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.

6. Data protection
Personal data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and will not be passed on to third parties.

7. Disclaimer
Faltmeister accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, delays or failures that may affect participation or the determination of winners.

8. Changes & Cancellation
Faltmeister reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition if unforeseen circumstances require it.
Legal recourse is excluded.

By participating, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to have your name/handle publicly announced if you win.
